Collectability assessment — €150

Before you decide whether it's worth starting a collection process, you need to know the answer to one question: does this receivable have realistic room for collection?

The collectability assessment is the first step in every case. It gives you clear information to make a decision — not assumptions.

What the assessment includes

The collectability assessment covers:

  • Analysis of the basic information about the receivable
  • Understanding the business relationship
  • Assessing whether the case is worth pursuing further
  • An honest answer — if there's no room for collection, we won't persuade you to continue

Fee model

€150 — Initial collectability assessment

Analysis of the basic information about the receivable and an assessment of whether the case is worth pursuing further.

This is a fixed amount, regardless of the outcome of the assessment.

+ 10% of the amount actually collected

Our fee is based only on what we actually collect. If nothing is collected, there's no fee.

Why the assessment costs €150

The assessment isn't automatic — it takes time, analysis and understanding of the specific case. It's work done before you decide on next steps.

What the fee model doesn't include

  • No hidden costs
  • No fee if nothing is collected
  • No upfront costs other than the assessment
  • No additional costs for communication or administration

When the assessment shows there's no room for collection

If the assessment shows the case has no realistic room for collection, you'll get an honest answer. We won't persuade you to continue — because that wouldn't be in your interest.

The assessment fee (€150) stays the same, because the work has been done. You have no further obligations to us — no additional costs, no obligation to continue.

Why the assessment matters

Without an assessment, the decision on collection comes down to assumptions:

  • Is the receivable really uncollectable?
  • Is it worth investing time and resources?
  • Is it better to write it off right away?
  • The assessment answers these questions — before you invest time and money in something that may not go anywhere.

How to start

Send us the basic information — a short description of the case and the basic documentation. We'll then arrange the collectability assessment.
